NO X posting's!
PLEASE keep this site clean of materials that can be found elsewhere.
To that affect, we have had hackers in the past change some of our
links, if you see a link going to a wrong connection, PLEASE send me a
message so I can fix it.
-
NO Commercial posting's!
There are times that a service provider will be providing services to
the club,
we expect them to make a living. Examples: We rent Kayak's from a Kayak
Rental Company, Travel agent taking care of bookings for an event that
requires reservations, air, hotels, cruises ect.
What do we use as criteria? 1. Is it a group event? 2. Is it a group
activity? 3. Is it group travel.
Commercial E-mails
At this time, Gclub does not allow commercial e-mails, If you attempt
to Join the club under false

and will be reported.
Commercial Advertising/Links
If you offer a service that would be of interest to Gclub members,
please send an e-mail to web host at:

Our Membership:
Our membership is quite diverse.
- about 80% Men, 20% Ladies (We need ladies to PARTICIPATE!
The club is open to everyone)
- 98% Gay 2% Other.
- 50/50 between singles/couples
- Diverse "active" subgroups. Most of our subgroups fall
into these categories: RV'er/car campers, Skiers, Divers, Backpackers,
Mountain climber/Rock climbers, Kayaker/Canoe trippers, Roller Bladers,
Bikers. We try and host both "easy" and "Intermediate" activities. We
are MUCH more CAREFUL about rating events after the first Beginning
Backpacking trip. "Just over the next hill"-String'm up!!!
Club Goals:
- Develop informational database.
- Add a more "professional" feel to the club.
- Eventually, get the club to a "self sustaining" entity,
presently all the costs are picked up by a few volunteers, web site
fee's, software, equipment losses/breakage...
- Community presence: It would be nice to get the club to a
point that it has the foundation and assets to be supportive in the
community- Support/sponsor events for Scouting, Aids rides, etc. In the
mean time, have a nice time and enjoy many trips along the way and meet
some nice people and add to circle of friends..
